How much is local shipping?
Within NCR: ₱280
Outside NCR (nationwide): ₱700

Where do you ship my order from?
We are currently shipping from our studio in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If 2-3 weeks have passed since you made your purchase, you may contact sales@carljancruz.com to ask about the status of your order.
More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received an Order Confirmation email. What should I do?

When will my order arrive?
Within NCR: 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase
Outside NCR: 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase

When can I pick-up my order?
Pick-up orders will be ready within 5 working days. Our CJC Sales Team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
What are your payment options?
For in-store purchases, we accept credit card, debit card, GCash, and bank transfer (BPI and BDO).
For online purchases, we accept GCash, bank transfer (BPI and BDO) and PayPal.
Do you do alterations?
Alterations are available for select products and subject to an additional fee. For inquiries, please contact us at sales@carljancruz.com or 0969 162 2890.
What is your returns, exchange, and alterations policy?
Carl Jan Cruz prides itself on the quality of its products, as each item is personally handcrafted and curated by Carl Jan Cruz and the team. In the event that the product/s you received has a defect, you simply ordered the wrong size, or any other manufacturing issue, please take note of our policies on returns and exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately should the item be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/s. Customers have seven (7) working days from receipt of the order to contact Carl Jan Cruz regarding any discrepancies in the fulfillment of their order, (e.g. wrong quantity received, items received do not match with the Order placed), and request a return or exchange. Otherwise, the Order shall be considered complete in case of failure to contact the Carl Jan Cruz (“CJC”) Sales Team regarding returns and exchanges within the 7-day period mentioned above.
Note that all returns/exchanges are applicable for extenuating circumstances only, for example, manufacturing defects or flawed items that are not in accordance with Carl Jan Cruz’s quality control measures. Returns/exchanges based on Customer’s preference (i.e. Did not like the fabric, color, fit, style, etc.) are not allowed.
For the request to be processed, products received from the Customer for return or exchange must be in its original packaging with complete labels and tags intact, folded properly, and show no signs of use, wear, or wash.
Once a return has been processed by the Carl Jan Cruz Sales Team, the refund will be provided ONLY in the form of store credit, with a six-month validity. The CJC Sales Team will provide the customer with a voucher that states the date of eligibility and store credit value.
